My current passion is Crossfit! I am in love with lifting heavy things and kicking my own ass, but unfortunately joining a box is not in the budget for us at the moment. I’ve started creating my own WODs (Workout of the Day) that are easy to do at home, and will share them with you here! I live in a 3rd story apartment, so my workouts are relatively low impact and utilize very little equipment that is low in price. They are also quick workouts! Usually around 10-20 minutes long, depending on your skill level. Have fun!
