After “It’s Too Expensive”, the biggest excuse people have not to eat healthily is “I Don’t Have Time”. Give me a break. All it takes is a little prep work and forethought you big babies! And boy would I love to help you out with that. Below are some of my weekly menus, dinners, and a few recipes I’ve thrown together. I am by no means a chef, but I think the food I make is tasty and I spend a lot of time putting my weekly meal plans together! Enjoy!
